Dr. Mohamed Ismail Megahed is a distinguished finance and investment executive with more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across diversified sectors, including manufacturing, defense, construction, real estate, and professional consulting. He is widely recognized for his expertise in corporate finance, investment strategy, IPO preparation, business valuation, and corporate restructuring, with a proven track record of driving sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and governance excellence in both public and private enterprises. Throughout his career, Dr. Mohamed has played a pivotal role in architecting investment strategies, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and strengthening financial and governance frameworks. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Beta Capital Consulting, an independent financial advisory firm licensed by the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority, specializing in business valuation, IPO management, and corporate restructuring. He also held the positions of Group Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman for Investment at IMUT and MUT Group, a multi-sector industrial conglomerate operating in armored vehicles, heavy machinery, and synthetic turf manufacturing. Dr. Mohamed further demonstrated fiscal leadership as Vice Chairman for Finance and Administration within entities affiliated with Egypt’s Ministry of Public Business Sector, and as Head of the Finance Unit at Kharafi Group, where he led budgeting, cost optimization, financial controls, and regulatory compliance initiatives. In addition to his executive roles, Dr. Mohamed has chaired and served on audit, governance, and investment committees within the real estate and engineering consulting sectors, providing strategic oversight in financial reporting, capital allocation, risk management, and portfolio optimization. Alongside his corporate career, Dr. Mohamed has made significant contributions to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Finance and Investment at Ahram Canadian University, October University, and Misr University for Science and Technology. Dr. Haitham has more than 18 years of experience in the field of finance and investment, including 10 years in the Dakahlia Poultry Group as specialist for hedging management over Chicago Chicago board of trade and more than 3 years as an analyst for a number of entities working in global financial markets and derivative markets in addition to teaching in several Companies involved in commodities trading and how to use derivatives to hedge the market volatility He was awarded a DBA in Finance and Investment from faculty of commerce- Cairo University- English section, and he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Institutions from the Arab Academy for Financial and Banking Sciences in addition to the Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Sadat Academy for Financial and Administrative Sciences

He has more than 22 years of experience in the field of financial management, he works in several companies in the UAE and Egypt. Currently, he held the position of vice president and a partner in Line Decoration Company and previously held the position of deputy financial manager at Al Babtain Company in addition to Belhasa Company in UAE in the accounting department. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce major of Accounting from Mansoura University

Experience of 18 years in the field of project management and project planning in several companies in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, including ArabTech. And Drake & Scull In UAE he managed the Project Management department in addition to his work in Advansys company in Egypt in the quality and project development department and his work in National Bank of Egypt as a programming engineer. Vice President of the Al Arabi Party Sherif holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer science and Information Systems from 6th of October University, Marketing Diploma from Cairo University in addition to PMP Certificate from American University in Cairo.

Dr. Riham Moawad has been appointed as the Manager of the Strategic Development at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) since 2015. She is also the Vice Minister’s Office Manager for Organizational Change. Dr. Moawad has more than 20 years of solid experience in Information Technology, Business Development and Strategic Management. She has participated in developing a number of national strategic plans, Egypt Vision 2030 and Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) investment opportunities and procedures among much more strategic initiatives and plans. Dr. Riham is currently participating in the national program for Digital Transformation through two main pillars. The first pillar: a comprehensive system of socioeconomic indicators deduced out of the integration of public database, analytics and socio-economic indicators related to poverty lines and the development of the neediest villages. The second pillar: the content, which make valuable use of the Egyptian cultural content to be utilized as a soft force to restore the Egyptian leadership regionally and internationally, through availing the content and promoting it on the social media. During her career, she assumed a number of executive management and leadership positions in both the multinational as well as the public sector. Throughout her mission, she participated in developing several strategic business plans to develop Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) sector and create job opportunities to bridge the gap between the higher education supply and the industry demand. Yasser El Shorbagui is an ISO certified QMS Lead Auditor. With over 30 years of successive career working in the Egyptian Air Force (EAF) Engineering Division, he holds the distinguished expertise of International Aviation Regulations and Quality International Standards, and TQM Systems of European Specifications. An IRCA and TÜV Rheinland approved QMS ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. Eng. Yasser has been working as the Quality Director, Member of the Board of Directors at International Marathon United Technology (IMUT). He established, the new quality management system conforming to the international standard ISO 9001/2015. Prior to IMUT, he drew upon his extensive expertise as he was appointed as the Quality Director, Member of the Board of Directors at Helwan Company for Diesel Engines (Factory 909) commanding and managing the QA/QC Sector. Eng. Yasser led several consultancy audits for a number of well-known private sector companies regarding their TQM and conformity with ISO 9001 in the fields of industry, pharmaceuticals, contracting, localization, publications, etc. During his long service at the Egyptian Air Force (1986-2017), Brigadier General Engineer Yasser El Shorbagui was appointed with several managerial positions including; Chief Commander of EAF Technical Supply, Chief of Engineering Branch of EAF Egress Systems and Ejection Seats, Chief of Staff at Gas Production Factory Unit (1), Chief of Quality Assurance Section of EAF Overhaul Line Workshops of C-130 Airplane, Chief of Quality Assurance Section, Engineering Studies and Techniques Section of EAF Dynamic Components Overhaul Lines at Helicopter Main Workshops, and Chief Inspector of MI-17 fleet Maintenance Workshops. He worked as the EAF Liaison with international technical experts from the UNITED STATES AIR FORCE (USAF), RUSSIAN AIR FORCE, Ukrainian AVIAKON, and UKRSPETS. He was also the Team Lead for the overseas training with Danubian Aircraft Co. (DAC) in Hungary, and KAZAN Helicopter Plant (KHP) in Russia. Eng. Shorbagui received his Bachelor of Aviation Mechanical Engineering from MILLITARY TECHNICAL COLLEGE in 1991, and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Operation Research from Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences, Cairo University in 1996. He also has an excellent French tongue.
